It does nothing except run LMS and there's plenty of available RAM based on what I see in Performance Monitor. I don't see a lot of page swapping and, when there is, it's doing so to a SSD. Performance is snappy both on the console, via RDP and in the web UI for LMS. I have quite a bit of experience managing other people's way under-powered Windows servers and this one is far from being the worst performer.
