1. Pi 2 running debian. stream reported as 705 kbps CBR Ogg Vorbis

2. Pi Zero running debian. stream reported as 1411 kbps CBR Ogg Vorbis
(Spotify) (Converted to PCM)
Any ideas? How to equalize the stream rates?
By default Spotty would transcode to FLAC for its reduced bandwidth
usage. But on really slow devices I disabled this. But as you've figured
out it can be changed as you like.
