The problem is that it's not flac being transmitted, it's mp3. The codec reported to LMS does not include flac, so LMS seems to be trying to transcode to mp3 and it fails (I think). You're probably still miss the "audio/flac" in the forced_mimetypes line LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
