Philippe, I just loaded a fresh win 7 with all the upgrades, with the first program loaded LMS 7.7.6 and shairtunes2 1.0.02 ( this is the latest I found for both on the web). You mention 7.7.6 is old, but that is the latest on the Logitech web for windows. The error message Libeay3.dll missing still comes up. But the plugin works for Wave, but not for Flac... Something is not linked well with the library and win 7. But seems the problem going away with Win 10. I have not tested Flac in Win 10. I will update you when I do it.
