Hey, no problem!  You are quite generous enough with your time anyway! 
I'll come at the problems several ways today, and log them all.  Today
is a good day, as assorted access routes to the Radio4 LW stream will be
region-restricted, as it's live sports commentary.  So I can try VPN /
not VPN; and all the different paths into the commentary (via a net
browser, via the LMS BBC app, via the iPlayer, both UK and non-UK. 
We'll crack it!
