It's already set to 500 in LMS and increasing it make no difference. I cannot see anywhere to set the playlist limit on the MySqueezebox.com side - I'll search on that part of the forum and raise a post if I find nothing.
It's a hard coded limitation for certain services and/or features. You can't change it.
