Are you saying buffering problem only happens with Live streams and not Listen Again. What spec PC are you using ? Processor and memory ? For some W10 systems longer delays are necessary - increase delay (up to 5 min) to see if buffering stops. With delays too small - The W10 problems ALWAYS happens with Live streams - if it only happens occassionally - it indicates possibly another issue. If you are getting rebuffering when stream has been playing for a few minutes - then something else may also be happening. Any BBCiPlayer message in the server log file ?
