Not exactly. I've updated the README to reflect the dependencies. Having said that, this version adds a lot of other files and especially if you compile the static version to make sure you have all codecs. So I've done one thign for you, which is adding the "CODECS" flag that is needed now to compile with the decoding option. So if you don't set RESAMPLE and CODECS, then it will only work in "thru" mode and will be like the "old" versions, so no need for all these extra files/librairies.
