I installed the last beta version with ssh access and I cd to the plugins cache directory and there is nothing there (/var/daphile/mediaserver/cache/DownloadedPlugins)
The problem is that the plugin page is expecting a token when it's being submitted. That token would change after a while. And according to the log snippet you posted that token is expired when you tried to install the plugin. Can you use the "Classic" skin in LMS and try again? Would other plugins fail the same way?
