The letters come from response to (e.g.) -["artists", 0, 5, "tags:CCZs"]-. This should be an array where the first item is the letter, and the second the number of items for that letter. If an incorrect letter is showing, then it must be coming from LMS. This implies that an error has occurred. When the items are opened, I simply ask for a listing in a range - so no real reason this should fail.
