The letters come from response to (e.g.) -["artists", 0, 5,
"tags:CCZs"]-. This should be an array where the first item is the
letter, and the second the number of items for that letter. If an
incorrect letter is showing, then it must be coming from LMS. Perhaps it
a mixup between the encoding used in LMS and that of the browser?
Ok, I can confirm that something's wrong there (tested in a browser). I
just have to figure out what, and why it's correct on the SB devices
themselves.
Trying to scroll down inside that list would lead to a blocking spinny.
This implies that an error has occurred. When the items are opened, I
simply ask for a listing in a range - so no real reason this should
fail. Can you do this on a desktop browser, open the dev tools, and see
if an error is logged in the console.
That's actually un-related to the previous issue. I see this with all
the sub-menus to those alphabetic groups with more than 100 items.
