One of the ATV update required to redo pairing and if you have not been using it for a while, that would explain. I just check on mine which is 12.1 and it's working fine LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
