I -think- I might see where the error is. Material checks that the album
title in the response is the same as the current album title, in case
the track was changed after the request. Does MAI return the title with
the brackets removed? If so, then they would no longer match, and no
info will be shown.
I wouldn't care about this. Seems to be adding more issues than it
resolves...
BTW: at some point I lost the "info" button. Is there a problem with it
in git?
Mobile or desktop? The button should only be displayed if the plugin is
installed (which I know for you it is). To check this I call
-["musicartistinfo", "localfiles", 0, 0]- But I' not 100% this is
correct.
Oh... I was testing this in my dev environment, where I only install
whatever plugin I'm working on... It's very well possible I didn't have
MAI on that machine :-D
