I'm accessing Material Skin with my iPhone using Safari iOS. If my server is sleeping, I cannot load the skin (nor the default skin). I don't think it's possible, but was wondering if Material Skin could send a WOL.
As you cannot load the skin while the server is sleeping, you could not load the WOL feature from it even if it existed :-).
