I don't think so. (How is the PLIIx encoding done? Or are you ripping encoded disks originally? I know nothing about this stuff...) The DSP assumes that the input is two-channel (and it gets transcoded from the original format to WAV for processing, then re-encoded as FLAC to send to the Squeezebox).
