Running as a container on QNAP, Raspbian and Windows 7 but I can see in your log that there isn't a codec set. $VAR14 indicates the encoding used and yours says undef. If you're sure you've set it delete the .prefs file philippe mentioned, restart LMS and set the parameters again.
