I struggle with updating the UPnP/DLNA plugin version 1.8.3, running out
of ideas, any tips and tricks? 

I have been running with an earlier version (1.7.4?) for some time and
tried to upgrade today. 
- selecting the upgrade check-box did not result in anything
- I then tried to remove the old version (think it was 1.7.4), removal
worked ok, but still was able to install new version
- tried a new clean install (I tried both with LMS version 7.9.2 and
version 7.9.1, incl. rebooting machine) - no success
- tried it then at a different windows 10 machine, no success there
either
- tried to ensure that I wiped /Program Data/Squeezebox directories,
didn't help either

It seems to me (keeping LMS control panel open), that when I install or
remove plugins and run restart, I observe LMS server being restarted.
When I try to install the UPnP/DLNA plugin I do not see any restart. 

1. Is there a manual process for adding the files/ libs to the proper
windows directories I could try?
2. Is there an easy way to debug where problem is, ideally related to
such a manual process?
3. If problem is with latest version of plugin, is there a way I can
find the older version of the plugin and install that (via web interface
or manually)?
