I saw this several days ago when connecting to a max2play pi at home from work. I have not seen it when both client and pi are on the same LAN at home. And it does not happen when connecting from work to a windows box at home. I think I did something on the pi or on the network that fixed it (but I can't remember) but it was working again. Then, last night my max2play pi got corrupted, so I restored the image and the problem is back. So now I need to remember and redo whatever I did before. Are your clients on the local network or remote? I'll reply more later when I re-figure this out. (I think it is a max2play pi or network thing).
