Have you tried to do a full rescan, maybe select to do a Clear in
Custom Scan settings page before to ensure any inconsistent data is
deleted. Could be that incremental scans over time has caused some kind
of inconsistency.

Im still using LMS in my music setup but due to other things in my life
I no longer have the necessary time to actively maintain the plugins,
support plugin users and strive for a perfect LMS setup. Fortunately
there are a lot of helpful users in this community that tries to help
people who uses my plugins. I still read the forum from time to time but
try to avoid getting involved in discussions since I know I wont have
the time to complete them.
