If you have the same problems as Countryman, I suggest the same questions. The AlienBBC installer for Windows is normally a case of running the program and restarting slimserver.
If there is a a problem with a installer or the instructions, more information will help fix that. Also same symptoms (i.e. No AlienBBC menu) may have more than one cause. Can you please provide the following info to help you and other in same situation. 1. Confirm you are running Windows XP and whether you are Slimserver 6.5.0 or 6.5.1 2. What is the name of the exe file you downloaded and used to install AlienBC 3.
