i just started having this problem with the plug in. I can set a new filter if I navigate to the custom skip plug in menu and set it there. but if I'm just searching through my music collection and then I hold down the play button to set a custom skip option then I get an error message saying that the filter failed to update.
I've checked permissions on the filter directory and all seems fine. I'm running ss 6.5.1 on osx 10.4.7 I think when i first installed this plug in it worked fine but something has changed in the last week or so.
