Yes, I tried in iPeng and I could not get sound as well, except a small
"blip" of music after 5-10s of wait. Here is an extract of a bit-exact
capture of a stream

I did not know the AppStore policy, I've never developped and iOS
application, so I did not know the restriction on GPL. Pardon my candor
but that's insane ... anyway
