Yea. And when I throw that same Ogg stream at standard libbogg in iPeng (which is what iPeng does), libogg just finds skip frames after the first one. Very weird. Ill have to investigate further. Somehow I cant find where SqueezeLite is doing all this, does it not use libogg etc?
