The pcp-ffmpeg.tcz.list error is a metadata file used by the tinycore extension manager. It's a separate file in the repository that lists the files contained in the pcp-ffmpeg.tcz file.
You should uninstall the ffmpeg.tcz from the tinycore repo as it will conflict with ours. If you need help to do that, post in the 'picoreplayer 4.0 thread' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?109404-ANNOUNCE-piCorePlayer-4-0-0). HLS is supported with the pcp ffmpeg extension.
