Are you sure you have pcp-ffmpeg.tcz installed and not just
pcp-*lib*ffmpeg.tcz?
For squeezelite we only install pcp-*lib*ffmpeg.tcz to save space.
You need to switch to the picoreplayer repository and install the
pcp-ffmpeg.tcz extension separately.
