Re: 1-  I don't have foobar2000 but will try it.
Re: 2-  I too have not had the Boom skip spotty ogg tracks.
Re: 3-  I reverted to libogg 1.3.2 and libvorbis 1.3.5 for linux armhf
(picoreplayer) but I continue to have spotty ogg streams skip to the
next track.

I'm going to try and get a packet capture of squeezelite when it skips a
track.
