I tried, but it made no difference. When I click on Spotty in the web interface, the various categories appear in the left pane (Artist, Album, etc.) but clicking on those categories results in an empty window. Should I uninstall and reinstall? Delete my user and re-establish a connection? Just for clarity (and my apologies for any confusion), I'm using a ReadyNAS 214, which, according to the product website, uses a "Quad core 1.4GHz High Performance ARM Cortex A15". I also have an earlier NV+ model but I'm not presently using it. So this query releates exclusively to the 214. Thanks again.
