I too am getting failures after updating. I added debugging to the logging level, but don't see any explanation. I updated LMS to 7.9.2 - 1556796842 and the plugin to 1.16.1 but keep getting this:
Starting Squeeze2upnp: /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/UPnPBridge/Bin/squeeze2upnp-x86-64 -Z -I -b 172.16.66.188 -f /var/log/squeezeboxserver/upnpbridge.log -d all=debug -x /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/upnpbridge.xml Retarting Squeeze2upnp after crash: /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/UPnPBridge/Bin/squeeze2upnp-x86-64 -Z -I -b 172.16.66.188 -f /var/log/squeezeboxserver/upnpbridge.log -d all=debug -x /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/upnpbridge.xml -i /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/upnpbridge.xml Retarting Squeeze2upnp after crash: /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/UPnPBridge/Bin/squeeze2upnp-x86-64 -Z -I -b 172.16.66.188 -f /var/log/squeezeboxserver/upnpbridge.log -d all=debug -x /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/upnpbridge.xml I have erased the configuration file in hopes that generating a new one would help. However, it can't seem to generate a new one, either manually or with auto selected... I have also manually stopped/started the service and rebooted the server to no avail. The main log doesn't offer any clues either: 2019-05-03 16:36:18 squeezeboxserver_safe stopped. 2019-05-03 16:36:27 squeezeboxserver_safe started.
