Philippe has summarized the two separate issues nicely. I experience the first one regularly, but never the 2nd one. Philippe, since you did a considerable amount of work isolating the root cause underlying issue no. 1, would you feel comfortable posting to RP forum and/or contacting Bill about it? I would be happy to do so, but feel I wouldn't do as good a job describing the issue.
