It's not available in SB mode, but only in Spotify Connect mode. You need to use the Spotify app to get access to those items. That said: it seems that Spotify has changed that feature again, and I'm not sure it's still working as it was supposed to work when I wrote the announcement. Somebody recently mentioned it now was a static playlist, rather than a dynamic one - something I cannot confirm.
