I have checked the contents of my "artistart" folder and PNG files are being written there with the correct date / time corresponding to the date/time of the rescan but numerous well known artists resultant PNG files are still showing as stars e.g. 10cc, 50 Cent, etc
Could you please shut down LMS, delete those images, cache.db and imgproxy.db, then restart and re-run a full wipe & rescan?
Just tried 50 Cent and it would certainly show me a really tough guy, rather than a star :-).
