I finally got the logs, I've attached the most recent ~150 lines as a file. I think the key message is of the form "[19-05-22 12:15:17.1362] Plugins::BBCiPlayer::HLS::__ANON__ (310) Chunk fetch status 200 Long chunk fetch time 1683". Which is probably to do with the WAN?
