When I tried to reproduce this myself again, I just realised I had been
jumping to conclusions - actually the effect I'm seeing has nothing to
do with the screen going into power save. The scenario is a bit
different, and you should be able to reproduce like this:
- load a couple of unrated tracks into the playlist and start
playing
- rate the first track, leave it playing
- when switching over to the next track, the previous rating will
stay put where it actually should be blank
- rating updates correctly when screen is updated e.g. by a screen
rotate event
It may or may not be relevant that I'm running LMS 7.9.1 and the player
(SB Touch) is set to 10s crossfade.
Apologies for the bugged bug report; please let me know if you can
reproduce now, if not I'm going to check the git version you pointed me
at.
