No I believe it's a different issue, but I suspect it could be related.
It's also on completely different computers (actually two very old
tablets).

The original issue was encountered on my desktop. I responded a few
posts up about that issue where it seemed like the desktop had a bad
driver that I uninstalled, and that seemed to fix the desktop's issue. 
There's a bit more description in that post.  

The new issue is with the windows 10 tablets...  They're fairly old
tablets,  one with 1GB of ram and the other with 2gb ram.  So we're not
dealing with the most robust machines. The app installs but won't
startup on these tablets, failing with the exception. 

Not end of the world, but would be fantastic if I could use them once
again - for something. 

I'll let you know how it goes with the new version.
