I've just updated the PlayHLS V2 URL so that V2.1 can be installed.

V2.1 has the following changes compared to V2.0

* LMS 29-April-2019 update broke PlayHLS V2.0 - this is now fixed and
V2.1 works with pre and post 29-April-19 LMS
* 'hls' audio type included so that Tune-In searches can provide HLS
URLs (e.g. YLE Klassinen has WMA and HLS but WMA is broken so HLS is
required to play)
* Audio gaps especially when playing low bit rate streams (e.g. 48k)
which may have short playlist (e.g. 3 entries) as used by many iHeart
station and Rogers stations.
* Fixed bug when Media sequence started with zero - also typical of
iHeart and Rogers stations.
* Fixed some streams not starting or slow to play if LMS Setting "Radio
Buffer Seconds" was set above around 10 secs (value depended on stream
chunk length).
* Some Metadata in ID3 frames (e.g. title, cover art) is displayed.
Formatting is network dependent (i.e. Rogers and iHeart differ) may be
possible to improve.
* Stream info indicates HLS (unless via Tune-in) - bitrate is estimated
if not supplied by station.

The URLs for the PlayHLS V2 repo are as follows. Sourceforge is primary
but can be unreliable for some users

http://bpa-code.github.io/bpaplugins/repo-playhls-v2-beta.xml
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/bpaplugins/repo-playhls-v2-beta.xml

Please provide feedback on any stations that don't play, are choppy or
some any other issues such asmetadata issues.
