OK - you have no security tab because your file system is FAT and not NTFS
So now need to check the ownership and access of exe files. 1. Open a command prompt 2. run the command to see ownership dir /q C:\PROGRA~1\SLIMSE~1\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\*.exe 3. run the command to see protection attrib C:\PROGRA~1\SLIMSE~1\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\*.exe See if there any difference between mplayer.exe and wmadec.exe.
