OK, it went as you expected, got the server interface, but hung with the player enabled. First the results. Log file:

First, I wasn't sure that restart meant restart SlX or the computer. When I restarted the computer, there were a couple of error messages. 27861 > Problem signature: > Problem Event Name: APPCRASH > Application Name: SqueezeliteX.exe > Application Version: 2.4.1.0 > Application Timestamp: 5d38abdb > Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll > Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.24094 > Fault Module Timestamp: 5abee073 > Exception Code: 0eedfade > Exception Offset: 0000c54f > OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 > Locale ID: 1033 > Additional Information 1: 37b0 > Additional Information 2: 37b08da6024f4856bee9203e9d923af9 > Additional Information 3: 57cf > Additional Information 4: 57cf992177a94aded486e1dcc86bc26f > I thought ctrl-shift-d disabled the player, but finally noticed the switch for that, so "flipped" it to OFF and then got the server interface. Then rebooted again but no log file on the desktop. Started SlX and then got the log file. I'm not entirely clear on the sequence that got it. I can explore more if you wish. SlX found the server using the server name, no problem. I have an issue there with 2 ip addresses, one static and one dhcp. It's Arch linux so I need to research that. I use the static ip from a browser, but SlX found the dhcp address and appears to work there. +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: SqueezeliteX 8-8-1.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=27861| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mikeh49's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48620 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108550 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
