The comma (I replaced with the separator) is in nowplaying-page.js:
I just replaced: technical=technical.join(", ") with
technical=technical.join(" " + SEPARATOR + " ")
As for the synchronize icon, not the one next to synchronize command,
the one next to Player Name.

The biggest thing for me, however are the collapsable sections.
Removing those is way better for me, since I mostly stream.
