Unfortunately, no big change to the described behavior - the 'red !' time decreased maybe from 10 seconds(*) to 6-7 seconds. (I did clear the iPhone cache post updating material and restarting lms) The behavior is the same on an iPhone SE running iOS 12.4.1 as well as another one running iOS 13.1 beta. It is (as stated) a bit different for an iPhone 5s running iOS 12.4.1, which mostly(!) does not show the lag in responsiveness. What I really don't understand is (the unchanged) behavior that when I wait some minutes before reopening the material webpage, the 'red !' flashes only briefly up and the page is immediately responsive. Only when reopening it without delays, it shows the long (up to 10 seconds, now maybe 6-7 sec) delay.
