"official" 3rd party WaveInput plugin Version v1.05.

And different variants of bit rates and depths. Only working without
white noise and buffering stuttering with 44100/16.
The signal chain is Tidal Master -> VAC input 192/24 -> VAC output
192/24 -> Waveinput -> Squeezebox Touch.
