Tune-in issues have nothing to do with the actual BBC radio streams. "Feeds" is the term usually used for the data feed which in turn provide the URLs for the streams. This tune-in issues has nothing to do with BBCiPlayer plugins so please do not keep it going in this thread. The petition has nothing to do with BBCiPlayer plugin. It is just the BBC blocking Amazon & Tune-in from listing the radio streams.
