Material Skin's hard-coded strings that it translates get translated, these are the ones that have entries in Material Skin's various lang\*.json files (fr.json, de.json, etc). Its the other items, which I assume are a result of a fetch from the server are not getting translated, but only within SLX's browser. I'm not sure at this point why SLX's browser is acting different, and I'm not sure if it ever worked right or if a recent version of Chromium Embedded broke it.
