This is my nth attempt at getting non-blocking token refresh on Windows working... Nothing new for other platforms.
Windows users: please pay attention to "lock ups", LMS hanging when you're using Spotty, or on startup. Please report back, posting your server.log snippet of the relevant time (in case the issues persist).
