Have you tried in a desktop browser? Most 'More info' links open up external web pages. Just tried Material in a desktop browser and it does do this. If its not happening in a 'app mode' (i.e. launched from home screen shortcut) mobile browser, then the fault is probably there. Once again, *all* Material is doing for these page is loading the 'Classic' skin in an iframe, and applying some CSS to change the look.
