When we open youtube.com with a browser, we can toggle the "autoplay" button, if it is enabled - related videos play automatically. And if it's a music video that you are watching, probably some of the songs by the same artist will be played next, followed with other related songs of related artists. Now if we want to listen to youtube on LMS, we can either open an already created playlist or play a single song, or open the search results of a single song or artist as a playlist. But there is no option for songs to "autoplay" without a preordered playlist and letting youtube decide what song comes up next, I think. So a workaround that I was thinking about would be to open youtube.com on an android device's browser and let it autoplay from whatever song that was last searched for. But I didn't find a way to forward the video ID from the youtube.com webpage to LMS by generating links like in rwanou's example. I know that this could need more work than it's worth it, but got curious anyway if that could be achieved. My main usecase for this would be at the gatherings of my friends. Since my music library is not much suitable for parties and I'm too lazy to create party playlists, so before I changed from a usb DAC to a DLNA one, I would just use the laptop for youtube, so anyone could search for their favourite songs, and music that is related to the last search would just keep on playing. But now with the DLNA device, there is no need for me to boot up the computer when I want to listen to music, or to keep the computer in the room where I listen to the music. But for the youtube usage that I described I still haven't found a way, other than bringing back the computer and the USB DAC.
