Thanks for your reply. Well the pause is absolutely random and takes about 20-30 seconds, squeeze will continue playback at the very same position it stopped after the drop out. After some more testing I also have an idea what's causing the issue: I compared my old setup on windows 7 again with the current, Squeezelite is causing the issue. Adding the file libmpg123-0.dll is solving the problem for Squeezelite. It appears to be a decoder-problem when streaming mp3-files. Copying this file into the Squeezelite-x-directory doesn't appear to have any effect though and the problem persists. Some possible workarounds (copying some original Squeezelite-files into squeezelite-x, swapping portaudio.dll and renaming it accordingly) didn't work either and caused Squeezelite-x to not function properly (not able to start Squeezelite) or having no effect at all. It's really weird as Squeezelite-x is basically just running Squeezelite anyway... For now I'll run Squeezelite as a service again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ matman's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69790 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108550 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
