Looks like track 3 that's causing the problem, but as disabling fast-scan fixes it, it's more likely to be due to a buffer on the server.. The "- -" looks a bit suspicious though.. Is there a character between the -'s ? Basically fast-scan uses more connections to the database, but they're connected all the time.. slow-scan connects and disconnects quite a lot. I think if mysql is running low on memory, or under heavy load, it drops the constant connections after a while.. Maybe i should make slow-scan the default - as you say there's not too much speed difference, although with large collections, fast-scan can save about 10%.. Increasing the connections and buffers in the my.tt helps too if your server has loads of memory.. > Oh and while I'm at it.. under which conditions is moose supposed to > get the missing cover art?
