I disabled the native ogg support and forced it to use FLAC transcoding on the server (on the setttings/advanced/file types page)- that way you can certainly seek within tracks, and ReplayGain works properly as well. I believe I've seen a reply from Michael recently where he was considering removing the native support anyway due to some other issue.
