I updated both Spotty to 4.1.1 and my Logitech server to 8.x and it finally works. First time I've had this and it is so nice to be able to track forward in a song.
Everything seems stable so far. I never did see any setting related to disabling Ogg Orbis and the web interface still say Ogg Vorbis.
