I just pushed out v4.0.6 with a new option to "Disable asynchronous
token refresh call" (see Settings/Advanced/Spotty toward the bottom). If
this was _not_ available to you and you double-checked you were using
v4.0.6, then please tell me the spotty helper version you're using.
This setting might potentially help with the timeouts you've seen
reported in server.log. Please give it a try and report back.
